Hydration Pack - 3-Liter Bladder

This is a great product!

My first hike ever with a backpack I did a 10 mile round trip hike filled the bladder full with ice and water. I took some extra water and food and a few other supplies with me. I was afraid that it might hurt my back but it fit perfectly I barely even noticed I was wearing it. I would highly recommend this.

Exactly what I was looking for without breaking the bank. I needed a hydration hiking pack that could hold more than my previous camelback. This one is awesome! I can hold thinner hoodie/jacked, my wallet, keys, sunscreen, first aid kit, a couple smaller books, an extra water bottle, and some snack space. I used this hiking around Arches and Canyonlands in Utah, and it was fantastic. I also use it when mountain biking. The chest and waist straps are great and the bag is very comfortable to me.I haven't used the bladder yet, because my old 3 L camelback bladder is still good, so I stored it in case my current one breaks. Looks decent enough though. I can't comment on the plastic taste some mention.I think this pack will last a long time, and I couldn't be happier with the price. It has a "thinner feel" that my previous camelback, but it's way less expensive, and I still feel the quality of the stitching and fabric is awesome.

Five stars for the value and quality of the bag itself. Would knock it down 1/2 star if possible for the bite valve on the straw for being hard to use. But that can be replaced and its still less than half of the cost of the competition!

Love this pack. I'm 5'10" and it fits perfectly. Yes, the 3L bladder takes up a lot of room in the main compartment, but that's fine with me. I'm using this for long day hikes and lots of room for water is important. It still has plenty of room for some rain gear, first aid kit, and the rest of the 10 essentials every hiker should have plus lunch. Probably not big enough for any overnight trips, but it works perfectly for all-day hikes in the mountains. I like the straps on the side to pull everything tight. I've taken it bushwhacking through thick chaparral and it's held up fine. I've had no problems with twisting straps like other reviewers have complained about. I haven't used the rain fly yet, but having it is convenient. The tip on the bladder is a little tricky at first, but you just have to bite the tip and it works just fine. This is my second Teton item (I also have the trail runner) and both bladder have been fine with no leaks.
